The Foreman Report is the club zine for a Canadian Doctor Who fan club.
It was published four to six times a year.
Some addresses for the zine were listed as Kingston, Ontario and some in Quebec, Canada.
From a 1991 flyer posted to rec.arts.drwho:
"The High Council of Gallifrey, located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is looking for material for their fanzine The Foreman Report. Contributors whose article is accepted will receive a copy of the issue in which their article appears. We want any and all material related to Doctor Who; fiction, opinions, convention and club reports, etc. No slash or pornographic articles will be accepted.... To subscribe to The Foreman Report, send a check or money order... for $10.00, Canadian or US funds, for a four-issue, 1-year subscription. This also gets you membership in the High Council. Remember, we want submissions and members from anywhere and everywhere." [1]
Fan Comments
Fun, newsy, Dr Who oriented zine edited by Jenfer Brown. Number four is notable for an illustration of Jenfer done by Philip Fogel, in which she is rendered as an alluring cyberwomam Having most of the continent between here and Montreal can give one a false sense of security. So much so that one might even venture to say that the illo of Jennifer is really hot!!! [1]
