The Commish was a TV series about a suburban police commissioner in upstate New York. It ran for five seasons starting in 1991.
The series is notable in fandom for starring Nicholas Lea in his first major role as Officer Enrico "Ricky" Caruso. Caruso sometimes features in same-actor crossovers. Melinda McGraw, who would also later appear on The X-Files as Melissa Scully, also had a major role.
Guest stars include Dean Haglund and Callum Keith Rennie.
Glen Morgan and James Wong, known as The Wongs in Philedom, server as supervising producers on the shows first 2 seasons from 1991-1993.
