Talk:Library of Congress Control Number

This is not fannish jargon (the purpose of the Glossary category), nor does it seem particularly relevant to Fanlore. I could be proved wrong, but I'm seeing a lot of pages created with very little fandom information and a lot of canon or non-fannish information, and it worries me.
