Redirect Issues
Currently we have Catboy redirecting to this page. Since catboys & catgirls appear in non-Japanese fandoms and not all the information on this page applies to them (eg they're not always moe), I'm wondering if we should create a separate page or a distinct section on this page to distinguish between them. -- Tai 23:12, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
I vote for a distinct section on the same page. Cesy 17:40, 18 January 2012 (UTC)
- Voting the same as Cesy. I'm not sure if you have other differences in mind, but just to clarify on the one: not all kemonomimi/nekomimi are moe. Many are, but not all. -- Kylara 20:12, 18 January 2012 (UTC)
- Distinct section here sounds good to me too. (If it becomes clear later, when the page has gone through more rounds of expansion, that we do need a separate page, we can make it then?) --Sk 20:31, 18 January 2012 (UTC)

Other uses
I remember reading back in 2011/2013 some fanfictions where the virgin person had cat ears and after making love lost their ears. Many people linked the plot with Kemonomimi by Loveless, but I don't know if there is any relationship. Does anyone remember seeing something like this? -- Ellakbhesse (talk) 14:39, 1 May 2022 (UTC)
Examples
Where is the Misha Collins catboy GIF from? It should be listed as an example but I have no idea of its origins. Sobqjmv sphinx (talk) 17:13, 27 December 2022 (UTC)
