Mercedes Lackey: added text & link to newer announcement on ML's fanfic policies. QUERY: The examples cited (Queen's Own fic OK with a release, fanfic now OK under CC) aren't actually consistent with inclusion of ML under the C&D umbrella. Therefore: should ML be deleted as an example of C&D in the absence of examples where C&Ds were issued? [I don't say there are no examples, but right now she looks out of place on the list.] --djonn 02:55, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

How frequent are C&Ds now?

The beginning of this article implies that letters are common but the list stops in the '00s, does anyone know whether it's because there haven't been many lately? --msilverstar (talk) 03:36, 8 June 2013 (UTC)

Vidders and podficcers get DMCA takedown notices via Youtube and Mediafire a lot. A LOT. I guess it's an email? I assume DMCA notice = C&D? Sendspace sort of forgot to send me one when they got a complaint, so I don't know what the notices look like now.--æþel (talk) 01:02, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
