SauceNAO is a reverse image search website which is widely used to find the source of fanart or screencaps. In addition to an index of thumbnails and metadata from various art archives and imageboards, it also has indexes of many anime episodes and doujinshi.
The creator of SauceNAO, Xamayon, has stated a desire to add a FurAffinity index "to make work posted there more discoverable. Sadly, FA has not responded to our requests."[1] Nevertheless, SauceNAO added a FurAffinity index by late 2020, and became fully searchable along with ArtStation and Furry Network by January 2021.[2]
Xamayon also would like to index images posted to Twitter, but "twitter seems to be openly hostile to developers and charges insane amounts of money for access to their data."[3]
