Sara/Oliver is the pairing of Oliver Queen and Sara Lance from the TV show Arrow.
Canon
In Season 1, it was established that Oliver had taken Sara with him on the trip to Asia with his father despite the fact that he was already in a relationship with her sister, Laurel. Initially it was believed that she had went down with the ship, however in Season 2 it was revealed that she was picked up by Dr. Anthony Ivo and his ship. It was there that Sara and Oliver meet again, and they help each other escape. When Ivo catches up with them on the island, he makes Oliver choose between Sara and Shado, although he couldn't originally choose, he does instinctually pick Sara - thus Shado is killed and is the reason behind Slade Wilson's revenge on Oliver. They get separated again, and Sara is eventually found and taken in by the League of Assassins while Oliver is picked up by Amanda Waller.
Sara later departs from the LOA to check on her family after the results of "The Undertaking". She surprises Oliver by her fighting and masked vigilante self. With her having trouble reconnecting with her sister Laurel, she and Oliver start a relationship again. Sara joins Team Arrow. Although Sara eventually breaks it off, after realizing that they weren't good for each other - she was still being haunted for her darkness that the LOA made her and Oliver was becoming better. She leaves Team Arrow and goes back to Nyssa al Ghul and the LOA, although she comes back for the final battle against Slade and his mirakuru soldiers.

Many fans have mixed feelings about the romantic relationship of Oliver/Sara. More fans ship them with other people: Oliver with Felicity and Sara with Nyssa. This means that while the pairing is fairly common in the fandom,[1] it is more likely to feature as a past relationship or be the focus of a break up fic.
