Robert Teague was a fan writer and zine publisher.
I'm a 61 year old man who loves cartoons, science fiction and fantasy. I've been married for 27 years to another science fiction fan, though her tastes run more toward movies and TV series. Her son died this past February at age 41 from complications of transverse myelitis. We have two cats, JJ and Ripley.I spent 33 years with municipal water departments in Florida and Georgia as a meter repairman, meter reader, and service truck, and am retired. And yes, to some degree, I miss it. I never had a clue what I wanted to do with my life, and stumbled across water meter work thanks to a neighbor. I liked it and was good at it. For me, a major perk was working in the field, generally alone, and away from office politics.
My other hobbies, besides writing, include extrasolar planets, long delayed radio echoes, and the Voynich Manuscript.
