Princess of Geeks (formerly princessofg on LiveJournal) is fanfic and meta writer, reccer, reviewer, and cheerleader. She's a self-described serial monogamist fan, who wrote in LotR, The Faculty, Lotrips and The Sentinel before arriving at Stargate SG-1. Much of her current writing is lush slash romance featuring Jack and Daniel.
In 2007 she posted chapter-by-chapter summaries/reviews[1] of the essays in Kristina Busse and Karen Hellekson's anthology, Fan Fiction and Fan Communities in the Age of the Internet, providing an invaluable resource and a forum for discussion.
PoG maintains an extensive multipart (mainly though not solely Jack/Daniel-focused) Stargate SG-1 rec list, which newbies to the fandom are often pointed to.[2]
She has made a blanket statement about further transformation of her fanfic.[3]

Excellent writing, skewed toward dialog, action and smut. Romance and happy endings; not too much H/C. Smart!Jack. Arrogant-yet-vulnerable!Daniel. Episode tags and gapfillers that go beyond what's on screen, not simply recapping the action from a character's POV. Emotion and plausible setup. I do love first-times and I do love nc-17 sex.
