Ponify is to turn something into a character from the animated tv show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic[1] Seen almost exclusively in fan art, it can be popular for artists to change characters from other fandoms, or celebrities, into original pony characters.
A popular word replacement tool for the same purpose was also named Ponify.
