Otouto x Ani To Kaite Kyoudai To Yomu! (弟兄 とかいて きょうだい とよむ！ / おとうと×あに とかいて きょうだい とよむ！) is a Naruto doujinshi anthology edited by Trick & Sakumei. It's about Sasuke x Itachi, contains manga and fanfic by various contributors, and is suitable for all ages.
It's scheduled to be released May 03 2012 at Super Comic City 21.
Title
The title means roughly It's Written as Otouto x Ani and Read as Kyoudai! Another translation could be It's Written "Younger Brother x Old Brother" and Pronounced as "Brothers"!
It's playing with the writing and reading of the word for brothers (kyoudai). "Otouto x Ani" (弟兄) is the kanji for "younger brother" and "older brother" (written without the x in the kanji, but with one in the furigana). "Kyoudai" (兄弟) is written with the same kanji, but in reverse order. The title is saying that "Otouto x Ani" is (still) pronounced "kyoudai" (even though it's out of order).
It's a reference to the book being SasuIta with Sasuke, the younger brother, topping. So the kanji for "younger brother" comes first to show the seme/uke dynamic.
