Ming-Na Wen is a professional actor. She has been active in Hollywood since the 1980s, but she rose to prominence in online fandom for her roles in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and The Mandalorian in the 2010s and 2020s.
Career
Wen has had a decades-long career as actor (see Wikipedia for a complete filmography). Some of her roles that are best-known in fandom include:
- Mulan in the 1998 Disney Movie (voice acting) -- and as the same character in related media
- Melissa May in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
- Fennec Shand in Star Wars (including The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, The Bad Batch)
