marmaduke01 is an artist who was active in Harry Potter fandom in the early to mid-2000s.
She started drawing HP fanart by late 2003. Her art was hosted almost exclusively on DeviantArt. She was active on Livejournal and participated in fanart challenges including HP Art Remix and HP Art Exchange.
Two of her drawings are featured in Wacca's 2004 doujinshi Early Graves.[1] The "Prisoner of Azkaban" drawing was also posted to colourme_hp and colored by multiple fans.[2][3]
She attended The Witching Hour in October 2005.
She removed most of her work, including all her Harry Potter fanart, from DeviantArt in February 2006.
Notable Fanart
- "HP AU Challenge - WWII" (colored version by robzombie813) – Drawn in response to a battle/wartime[4] alternate universe challenge by Fiendling. The artwork featured the Marauders as members of the British Armed Forces, Lucius Malfoy as a Nazi, Snape with a yellow badge, and Adolf Hitler representing Voldemort. It provoked discussion about depicting real-world atrocities in fanworks.[5][6][7] (April 2004)

- "Madame Hooch with dolls"[8] – Challenge sketch drawn at The Witching Hour. Madam Hooch with Potter Puppet Pals, referencing the "Bothering Snape" Flash animation. (October 2005)
