Draco/Luna is a Harry Potter fandom pairing of Draco Malfoy and Luna Lovegood. It is a rarepair, having fewer than 500 works at the Archive of Our Own; in many of those, it is a secondary pairing rather than the main focus of the fanfic. (Compare to Draco/Hermione, which has over 8,000 works.)
Canon
During Harry's 6th year at Hogwarts, Luna was captured by Death Eaters and held in Malfoy Manor along with Ollivander. They were eventually rescued after Harry and his friends were captured. Dobby helped all of them escape.
This capture and its aftermath are the subject of many Draco/Luna fics.
Fandom
In some fics, Draco is overwhelmed by guilt for his part in her capture and probably torture. He either helps her escape, or helps her better endure her captivity. In others, he tortures her and feels guilty later, after she escapes. In some, it is unclear whether she's even aware that she's been captured.

Fanvids for Draco/Luna often use haunting, intense music with creepy undertones. The scene from Half-Blood Prince where Draco is standing at the bathroom mirror features in many of them.
