Louise Wu is an X-Files slash writer who co-wrote and shared a website (now down) with Zoe Takashi and Loren Q. Collectively they were known as LZL. Louise was voted Best Author in the 2001 Lisa e Krysa Awards.
From her bio:
Louise has been daydreaming since she was a child (back in the middle ages). Most of her made-up stories had male/male lovers. Then one day she noticed how gorgeous that Krycek guy was. And Loren got on the web and found great smutty Krycek slash. An addict was born. [...]
Louise is known to have as many as 20 slash stories being worked on at once, and they're all long. And she can still start new ones like crazy. Focus is definitely a problem. Someone please tell her muses to keep musing on the same story for a while so she can finish some of them!
You'll note that her stories vary from rough sex (Unofficial Channels) to fluffy (Reach Out and Touch). From the ludicrous (The Kiss / Anal Sex for Dummies) to the sublime (Exigency). Not to mention the very naughty (L'Avatar).
Louise is the motivating force behind LZL. She was the first slash writer and primary driver for the 'method madness' that LZL's known for. Her love of writing and natural coaching ability give Zoe and Loren inspiration.
