Liz Barr is a fanfiction writer active in various fandoms during the 2000s. She also has been heavily involved in Australian Science Fiction Fandom, acting as chairperson for the Continuum 11 convention in 2015 and winning the NAFF (National Australian Fan Fund) in 2016.
She co-edited (with L.M. Myles) the professional work Companion Piece: Women Celebrate the Humans, Aliens and Tin Dogs of Doctor Who and co-ran the fandom commentary blog No Award with fellow convention organizer Stephanie Lai from 2013-2017.
She also contributed to the anthology Cranky Ladies of History (2015).
