From a July 1993 ad in GAZ: "The Earth has gone through a cataclysm and split into two sections one underground and one above. The Enterprise is sent back in time to get supplies to the underground section.who are members of the Federation. A landing party beams down to deliver supplies and to check on Earth as well. The Klingons are trying to take over the scavenger colonies on top of Earth. The Enterprise crew tries to infiltrate the gang Janice Rand is captured and Kirk comes to her rescue while trying to keep the Klingons from taking over the Earth. A sequel to Earthquake."
