Earthquake: A Past Ending and a Future Beginning is a 100-page novel by Dolly Weissberg.
It has a sequel called Lemuria: The Way to the Future.
From a July 1993 ad in GAZ: "Over 100 pp novella in zine style by Dolly Weissberg. The Enterprise is assigned to go back in time and try to rescue aliens held in cryogenic suspension back on Earth in the 20th century. There will be a major earthquake on Earth. They use it as a diversion to free the aliens and try to keep other future aliens from changing time and destroying the Federation in the future."
