Lasair and Maya's Fanfiction and Ramblings was the author page for fan writers Lasair and Maya that hosted primarily Harry Potter fanfiction. In addition to the authors' fanfiction, it also contained fandom-related essays and meta.[3]
The site was taken offline around November 2008, when Maya took all her fanfiction offline to turn pro. It has been excluded from the Wayback Machine.[4]
Fan Comments & Recs
Maya and Lasair have opened their website! Yippee!!!! Its excellent, and well the point of me writing is that whilst browsing through their excellent site, I came across the comments section, you know below each story. Anyway naturally, after reading Maya's The dark side of light, which by the way is the post-hogwarts and post-war fic in the whole of hp fandom, I reviewed. The comments board was v. lovely and sophisticated looking, and I wanted one so bad. It turned out that it was one of the Enetation comment boards, the v. same one that I have tried to load on to this page. So why is it that Lasair and Maya get their comment board but I can't? I am v. jealous...[1]
