kiss_me_hard, later known as thistlefinch, is an artist who was active in Harry Potter fandom in the early to mid-2000s. She first started drawing HP art in December 2002.[1]
She changed her Livejournal handle to "seamilk" in 2005[2] and to "thistlefinch" in January 2007.[3] As of mid-2007, she was "not really doing fanart anymore."[4]
Her art was linked by Livejournal newsletter communities quickquote and sunday_prophet.

YES. These additions made me cry, ESPECIALLY the one of Remus. I BAWLED and just... sobbed all over my couch. The poem fits perfectly and I adore all the elements of EVERYHTING of this. Hermione's poem is beautiful. The drawings really, really show each's emotions. Everything is so alive and surreal. GUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHH. I love these. I encourage you all to look at all she's done here because it is ALL beautiful and engrossing (and bring tissues).[6]
