Bobby/Jubilee is the het non-canon pairing of Jubilation Lee and Bobby Drake in X-Men fandom.
Canon
In nearly all of X-Men canon, Bobby and Jubilee are X-Men teammates and allies. However, in X-Men: Evolution canon their relationship may have been expanded. In the second season of the series, they are part of the New Recruits class that joined the institute. In the episode "Power Surge", Bobby is hanging out with Jubilee beside Scott's Convertible at night. They are shown flirting, and Bobby creates an Ice Ballerina for her, later in the same episode they are shown together. In "Fun and Games" episode, Jubilee grabs Bobby for a dance. Various other episodes including them together - training or going out on joyrides, although often with the other New Recruits.
Fandom
In the X-Men Evolution fandom, while or not they were just close friends throughout out the show, many of the XME fans believed they were dating or had at least dated during the second and third season until Jubilee left the Xavier Institute.[1][2]
Fanworks for the pairing is fairly rare within the X-Men fandom, and is mainly focused within the X-Men Evolution section. Fanfiction is more common than the other types of fanworks such as fanart, and appears on Fanfiction.net more than Archive of Our Own.
