From the Editorial
Welcome to "Impossible Things."
If you can believe six impossible things before breakfast, this is the zine for you!
"Impossible Things" is an anthology of the fiction published in the slash letterzine Late for Breakfast ... between April 1988 [1] and October 1990. It represents an intriguing collection of ultra-short short stories, the length of which was dictated by the letterzine format, which reflect some of the most popular themes in slash-fiction generally.
There are three humorous pieces, "Breaking Off," "Team Spirit," and "Togetherness," thee of a more serious - even harrowing - nature, "Colours of the Night," "Call Back Yesterday," and "One Night Stand," and one which falls somewhere between the two categories in telling of a pleasant incident in the lives of two slash couples, "Family Business."
The poems... appear here for the first time.
