hpslash is an early Harry Potter mailing list for posting and discussing slash fanfiction.
Messages after 2006 are minimal.
Introduction/Description
"This list is for adult Harry Potter fans who see the relationships of the characters differently than most people do. This is a slash fanfic/discussion list, which means that non-heterosexual relationships will be discussed. All slash pairings, both m/m and f/f, are welcome. If you're under the age of majority (18 or 21, depending on where you live) in your area or are easily offended by such material, please do not join. All who join must submit an age statement. If I do not receive the age statement and there is no age in your Yahoo Profile, you will not be accepted. If your Yahoo Profile says you are under 18, you will not be accepted. To join, click the "subscribe" link at your right and wait for instructions. Thank you. Jade" [1]
