Fishlegs Ingerman is a character from How to Train Your Dragon series.
Canon Background
Little in known about Fishlegs' family life in the movie universe. It is assumed that he is either an orphan or has poor parents. Fishlegs is 14 in the first movie, and 19 in the second. He is closest to Hiccup and Astrid by the time of the second movie. Fishlegs is Berk's resident nerd and statistics guru, and knows almost everything about all the species of dragons that have been discovered. It is thought that Fishlegs, with the help of Hiccup and Astrid, has been rewriting the Dragon Manual with all the new information they have about dragons now that they are no longer their enemies, including reassigning dragons' classifications. His dragon is a Gronckle named Meatlug.
