Drastically Redefining Protocol is a four-hour Merlin/Arthur Pendragon podfic by RevolutionaryJo. It is a podfic of the fanfic of the same name, written by rageprufrock.
Summary: In which Prince Arthur meets Merlin and all hell promptly breaks lose.
This podfic was originally recorded in 2009, but revolutionaryjo didn't post it publicly because another podficcer had asked the author for permission first. However, after some time had passed, revolutionaryjo went back to the author and asked if it would be okay for someone else to post a podfic of the story. Rageprufrock reached out to the original requester, and both the other podficcer and rageprufrock gave permission.[1]
