Damien/Merlin is a crossover pairing in the Merlin and Damien fandoms. The character of Damien Thorn in Damien is played by actor Bradley James, who played King Arthur in Merlin. In that fandom the primary pairing is that of Merlin/Arthur, with Merlin played by actor Colin Morgan. Because the ending of Merlin indicates that Merlin is immortal and waits thousands of years for the return of Arthur, fanworks are often created pairing the characters that both of these actors play in their post-Merlin careers.
