Corrielle or Corri is a multifandom fanwriter most active in the Pirates of the Caribbean and BBC Robin Hood fandoms. She states her interests as: fantasy, sci-fi, westerns, history (especially history that includes pirates), and anime.[1]

Although much of her fiction is short vignettes, she has also written several novellas. Her work is often gen or low-rated het, but she also writes slash and occasional more explicit works. Some of her works are archived at AO3, ff.net, The Robin Hood Fan Fiction Archive and her personal journals.

In addition to fiction, she writes detailed episode reviews.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Much of her writing focuses on James Norrington, in the Sparrington, Elizabeth/Norrington and Gillette/Norrington pairings. She also writes Groves/Anamaria.

Example Works

Robin Hood

Corrielle explains her love for the fandom:

...this is the fandom that really showed me what it was like to be part of a fandom community. This is one of those fandoms where I'll jump into -land communities without a second thought, sign up for Big Bangs and other challenges, and drive all over Southern CA so I can meet up with people I've only talked to online. ...
This is the fandom that made me write long fic again after only writing drabbles and vignettes for a long while.[2]

She mainly writes fiction concentrating on Guy of Gisborne and particularly the Guy/Marian pairing. She also writes Djaq/Allan and Djaq/Allan/Will.

Example Works

  • Before the End. Sweetly hot Guy/Marian moment set during "Walkabout"
  • Caught in the Storm. Guy/Marian vignette. LadyKate63 writes: Exquisitely written tender Guy/Marian moment.[3]
  • A Measure of Peace. Guy & Robin friendship story. Lena Axe writes: It's very well written, very beautiful and tender. Guy and Robin are still building their friendship, and Robin show not only compassion for Guy, but also understanding. It made me like him (Robin) more.[4]
  • A Mistaken Invitation. A popular Guy/Marian pretend couple novelette
  • Truth Has No Season. Bittersweet Djaq/Allan vignette
  • The Wolf's Head. Gen AU novella focusing on Guy. Weaselle writes: Interesting examination of what might have occurred if Guy and Robin's positions had been reversed in some respects. Also a fun adventure story![5]
