The Muse is a prolific writer in many fandoms and was a publisher of at least one zine, Bring 'Em Back Alive. She won a Fan Q in 1991 and in 1992.
From the introduction on her online fiction page: "I became part of fandom in 1985 with my first Dr. Who convention. Since then I've written fan fiction in several series, but many of the print zines have been lost or discontinued over the years. The web gives us all an opportunity to share our work; therefore, the raison d'etre for this one! Hope you all enjoy the stories."
