ChibiUsa's Seventh Birthday was a lemon fanfic written in the heyday of Sailor Moon fandom. It was notorious and considered a shockfic or badfic for its depictions of rape and abuse of a child.
Summary
In lieu of giving ChibiUsa actual presents for her birthday, the older Senshi (Mamoru included) rape her in various painful ways. Resistant to the violations at first, ChibiUsa eventually gets to enjoy it.
History
An author named Robert Tsunai wrote and published the story in 1998. [1] Fans naturally wanted to know what kind of sick mind could produce such a thing, and they soon got their answer. Tsunai was fairly prolific on forums and message boards, particularly the Sailor Saturn Hentai site. He was known for requesting pics of a pregnant ChibiUsa. [2] [3]
Tsunai disappeared from the internet sometime in the early 2000s, but the legacy of his "magnum opus" would live on for years after.

Fans who experienced the uncut version of the fic were disgusted at the explicit rape and pedophilia involved, especially because it depicted the victim beginning to enjoy the abuse. Few were brave enough to take the task of MSTing it, and even their MST crews ended up succumbing to the horror.
MSTs of the story were usually cut to remove the worst of it. This led to some brave, morbidly curious fans asking where they could find an uncut version of the story. People who had survived reading it would tell them they were better off not knowing.[4] Eventually, one member of the Sailor Moon hentai newsgroup obliged the curious and posted it.
Eventually, Sailor Mac would write a responsefic that replaced the gang rape with ChibiUsa getting a good dunking in a swimming pool from each Senshi. The methods of dunking were creative, taking from the original story (Rei using a pool float shaped like a soda can, Ami paddling a canoe shaped like a banana) and having ChibiUsa enjoy the wild water fun from the get-go. The sexual activity was saved for later on and took place between Usagi and Mamoru.
While some badfic classics of the old days have a special place in people's hearts due to the nostalgia factor, this one still manages to bring the squicked reactions due to the very nature of its content. Anyone who dared MST or even review it has been either lauded as very brave or pitied as very foolish.
