Charlie/Luna is the het rarepair of Charlie Weasley and Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter fandom.
The two have no interaction in canon, having never been at Hogwarts at the same time, though it is possible that they knew each other, since both were Order of the Phoenix members and the Lovegood and Weasley families were neighbors.
