Caitlin Snow, aka Killer Frost, is a DC Comics character under the Firestorm title. She appears as a main character in the 2014 The Flash television series.

Canon

Caitlin first appeared in Fury of Firestorm: The Nuclear Men #19 (June 2013).

Comics

In DC Rebirth, Caitlin/Killer Frost joins the Suicide Squad team. She helps the Suicide Squad in their fight against the Justice League, but subsequently assists them against Maxwell Lord when he is possessed by Eclipso. Due to this, Amanda Waller releases her in Batman's custody. She then joined the new Justice League of America made up of Batman, the Atom, Lobo, Black Canary, Vixen, and the Ray.

Arrow/Flash

Caitlin first appeared on an episode of Arrow[1], and is a bio-engineer at Star Labs. An active member of Team Flash, Caitlin's scientific knowledge often helps the Flash fight crime. Following Barry's attempt to correct the timeline after Flashpoint, it is revealed that Caitlin is struggling to control ice based metahuman powers. Her alter ego Killer Frost eventually assumes control of Caitlin's body, and fights with Savitar against Team Flash. Following Savitar's defeat Caitlin briefly leaves the team.

Earth-2 Caitlin Snow is a metahuman villain known as Killer Frost.

DC Super Hero Girls

Caitlin Snow's version of Killer Frost appears in DC Super Hero Girls is a hero under the name "Frost" and a student in Super Hero High.

Arrowverse

Prior to the release of the pilot and after the release of the The Flash's trailer, the fanon pairing of Caitlin/Barry took off in a big way. After the release of the pilot, the pairing is still quite popular although there are few fans that are interested in seeing Caitlin/Cisco and Caitlin/Harrison. The canon pairing Caitlin/Ronnie took off after the release of photos of Caitlin and Ronnie together for episode 3. Since Felicity Smoak appeared on Flash and her scenes with Caitlin, the gen pairing of Caitlin & Felicity started appearing mainly appearing on Tumblr in forms of gifs and picspams but also some fanfiction.

Season 2 introduced the pairing Caitlin/Jay Garrick. Much to the excitement of MANY fans, Season 2 also introduced Killer Frost (well, Earth-2 version). Season 3 officially introduced Earth-1's version of Killer Frost and introduced the pairing of Caitlin/Julian.

As of 2018, Caitlin/Barry and Caitlin/Cisco remain popular. There are also many works pairing Caitlin/Joe, but the popularity of that ship has waned as the series has progressed. Caitlin/Ronnie and Caitlin/Mick are still been written and remain popular pairings for her character.
