Caitlin is Darach's employer and the head of the Pokémon Battle Castle, first introduced in Pokémon Platinum. She later became a member of the Unova Elite Four in Pokémon Black and White. She is well-liked by fans, though not too many fanworks exist which primarily focus on her.
