Doomsday Voyager is a special edition of this zine, as is Zenith Collect.

Reactions and Reviews: Issue 3
Above average zines with some nice stories. In #3, Rebirth by Pat Mitchell tells why Spock left the Enterprise and came back in TMP. Beginning and End by Vivien Young is the story of Kirk's arrival on and departure from the ship.[1]
Issue 4
Zenith 4 contains 82 pages and was published in 1982. It has a front and back cover by Ann Humphries and interior art by Carol Hunt.

Welcome to yet another issue of this by now famous 'Zine, for those of you who missed number III we still have a couple of issues, whoops., copies, left, this is not due to bad salesmanship but to a certain shuttle we had on the front cover of our last issue. Looks great, we thought, and we really appreciated [Sue S's] drawing expertise, unfortunately we now realize that it made the 'Zine look too much like a technical manual. So we've learned that the front cover is very important and this time around we hope you will appreciate Ann Humpries contribution and George Takei & Nichelle Nichols for giving us the bridge crew endorsement, I'm afraid we haven't got that much in the way of artwork to offer you this time around, but then I'm sure you will appreciate that we'd rather have no artwork than bad artwork!

Reactions and Reviews: Issue 4
#4 has three stories I specially liked Echoes to a Future by Meg Wright and Sight Sequence and Await the Dawn, both by [Sue M]. Echoes is about Kirk's early days on the Enterprise, getting to know Spock, with touches of hurt/ comfort. In Sight Sequence, Spock comforts Kirk in his anguish over Edith Keeler and Kirk repays him in A wait the Dawn when Spock has a virus. Wonderful zines for suckers for the hurt/comfort syndrome, such as me! [2]
Collected
Zenith Collect was published around 1986 and contains 64 pages. It contains content from Zenith #1-#4.
From an ad in Tickled Pink #3: "ZENITH COLLECT - A selection of stories from the Trek genzines Zenith II - IV, including stories by S. Meek, Tina Pole, Meg Wright and others. Available Summer '86."
From the editorial by Tina:
A long time ago when dinosaurs ruled the earth... there were plans for a Zenith V, alas, it was never to be, so here we are a few years later putting a 'Zenith Collect' together, for those of you who missed us the first time around. We've still got the typewriters and the old duplicator and if anyone out there would like to submit any material for a Zenith V... We're waiting!
Hope you enjoy the 'Zine, and depending on how the response is we could well bring out a 'Zenith Collect II' sometime in the future.

A long time ago in a Galaxy far far away, there was a 'zine called Zenith... which the editors thought had faded quietly into the sunset. It seems, however, that there are many people out there still turning on to the ideals of Star Trek, and we thought they might be interested in sharing our vision of the days when our perceptions of Trek were coloured more by the original series than by the movies we now receive at regular intervals.
As Tina says above, please write to us if you have any contributions for Zenith V; also if you would like to see further reprint 'zines, please leave an SASE with either of us. Fandom, after all, is about communication - so communicate with us!
In closing, may I recommend Tickled Pink III by my esteemed co-editor and graduate of the School of Demented Klingon Typists.
