Walter Koenig International was a fan club for the actor who portrayed Pavel Chekov on Star Trek.
This club was an official one (endorsed by Koenig) and followed on the heels of Walter Koenig Fan Society (which had, in turn, followed Walter Koenig Fan Club).
In 1988, the fan club president of Friends of Nichelle Nichols described it:
WKI is an excellent club -- friendly and well-organized. Its leaders, Tisha Kuntz and Carolyn Atkinson, deserve accolades for the informative, interesting publications and the many other activities and services they provide for Walter's fans. They were one of the first of the old, established clubs to offer a friendly hand to the new FONN three (!) years ago. Now, WKI and FONN exchange information and support. [1]
