Hi Aralias! A (very belated) welcome to Fanlore! I've moved your article on Blake/Avon to just the pairing name -- the subpage structure for pairings is no longer in use. Looking forward to seeing your take on it -- the article's been on my hit list for years! Cheers, Espresso Addict (talk) 08:57, 16 July 2013 (UTC)

Wonderful to see a B7 fan here on Fanlore. I know a little about the fandom history through some of my friends who were B7 fans. Let us know if you have questions.--MeeDee (talk) 22:28, 18 July 2013 (UTC)
Thanks (to both). I'm sure I do have questions/I know I do - I just don't know what they are yet (it's usually when I'm in the middle of something and I realise I don't know what I'm doing/talking about...) Aralias (talk) 14:42, 6 August 2013 (UTC)

I love, love, love your reviews. Thank you for doing them, and thank you for adding them to Fanlore. I've not read any B7 fiction, but reading your comments makes me want to search some out. :-) --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 14:23, 6 August 2013 (UTC)

Thanks! I was a little worried about the... reasonableness of putting one's own reviews up and pretending they were historical documents, but if they are amusing and also informing then perhaps they are indeed doing their job! Also, you should definitely read some B7 fic! Lots of it is good. Although a lot of my reviews seem to be about how lots of it isn't... (lots of it is good, though). Thank you for all the work you are doing around as well! I often see your name attached to B7 things :D. Aralias (talk) 14:42, 6 August 2013 (UTC)
Perfectly, 100% reasonable; the minute you hit "return" or "post," it is "history." Your reviews are fun to read, honest, and hopefully inspire others to want to know more -- all very good things. I've read a lot of reviews and comments for fic and art in media fandom covering the past 40 years or so, and I am fascinated by the changing styles, length, and content. Yours are a fine addition, Aralias. As for some B7 fic, I'm making a little list... --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 14:55, 6 August 2013 (UTC)

Does this wording feel accurate? If yes, I'll change the others. :) Talk:The Road to Hell? --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 00:02, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

You mentioned on the The Log of the Hellhound talk page that Southern Comfort 7.5 notable. Why? --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 22:32, 4 February 2014 (UTC)

Ah - well, if you look at the reviews you'll see it's the one that people felt most strongly about! Mostly it seems because of the story 'Mice and Men', which someone describes as the 'Tarrant rapes-Avon-rapes-Tarrant-rapes-Avon story'. Many people seem to have things to say about it. For some reason :/ --Aralias (talk) 22:45, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
Yeah, I posted my question, ran a quick errand, and while out, realized it was fiction you were talking about. And I was focused on comments about art as per your Hellhound question. --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 23:16, 4 February 2014 (UTC)

I am really enjoying all the substantive Blake's 7 work you're doing on Fanlore (in addition to your zine reveiws0. For the longest time I feared no one would be adding to the pages.--MeeDee (talk) 21:12, 28 June 2014 (UTC) Thanks! (It really is very nice of people to stop by and say stuff like this. Makes it all feel worthwhile). My page-writing is a bit sporadic at the moment, but I will keep coming back and adding stuff to the pages I've started over the next week or so, and then I'll continue to come back - maybe write a few more pairing pages (though none of them are my speciality) and characters (ditto). --Aralias (talk) 14:24, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

Echoing MeeDee's comments. I'm really, really loving your edits and comments. It makes me do a happy dance. --MPH (talk) 14:58, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
:D And hey - I see you updated my page about me! Not thirty minutes ago I noticed it and was like - 'what is this? I don't remember writing this!' and the fact that there was a thing I hadn't written made it feel like it was a page in a wiki, rather than just a thing I wrote about me :) --Aralias (talk) 15:01, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

Aralias, could you take a look at Jabberwocky and see if there has been reasonable headway in sorting it out? I know there are still multiple tweaks to be made (could you add pairings and check dates and links), but hopefully it's on the right track, and the pattern set for future individual fiction pages in the series makes sense and is doable. I need to take a rest now, before my brain explodes... --MPH (talk) 23:00, 10 October 2014 (UTC)

Looks good! Hopefully I will be able to do some work on it today or tomorrow. Aralias (talk) 10:36, 11 October 2014 (UTC)

Thank you, Aralias, for working on all these B7 zines and uploading images. :) --MPH (talk) 18:38, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for coming over - I should really monitor the site more so that I know why you update stuff (hope you delete those weird images I uploaded as 'scan' rather than proper names. --Aralias (talk) 18:49, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Do you mean the four images at the very end of this page? Unused Files. Let me know which ones you'd like me to delete, Aralias. --MPH (talk) 20:38, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
It's these two - couldn't see them on the list, but that doesn't mean they weren't there. I think in both cases I put the name into the box before clicking on the image, and then Fanlore just overload me. Ah well!

I'll apply a mighty axe to them. --MPH (talk) 21:31, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

Critical Mass

Aralias, have you ever run across this zine? I'd love to know more about it, better yet, read it! Critical Mass (multimedia review zine). --MPH (talk) 20:31, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

No! You always ask hard questions :P I've never heard of that one - review zines seem to be massively scarce, just in general. --Aralias (talk) 21:13, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
I save them up just for you... ;) --MPH (talk) 21:31, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

Any Ideas About the B7 Characters in This K/S Zine?

There's no mention of the sort of "fan casting" or crossovers in Command Decision's reviews but at least one of the artworks suggests B7. I can't figure it out, and wondered if you knew.

Also, you're adding neat images via ebay.whats.in.the.box. :) --MPH (talk) 13:51, 26 April 2016 (UTC) Not sure I understand the question. Are you talking generally or about whether I know anything about this choice to use these characters? Looks like it might be tarrant btw - not Blake. Though they can look alike! Definitely Avon. --Aralias (talk) 15:33, 26 April 2016 (UTC)

More Whats in a Box Images

Thanks to your handy tip, I found some more B7 images from that ebay seller. Check recent changes. :) MPH (talk) 16:21, 27 April 2016 (UTC) MPH
