Temporary Suspension
Hi Abigailhobbs. This message is to inform you that your edits to The Hannibal Twitter Takedown of 2020 and Hannibal Twitter Wars are considered hostile editing and do not comply with our accepted policies. As a result, you have been blocked from editing for two weeks.
The first page you edited on Fanlore; The Hannibal Twitter Takedown of 2020 was given the benefit of the doubt by Gardeners. We assumed you were unfamiliar with Fanlore's policies and guidelines, and editors/gardeners tried to engage with you on the talk page. The content on that page was removed in line with Fanlore's policy on not hosting personal meta on the Wiki. However, the content of the page also contained a number of violations of our policies, including attacks on other fans and content that was deliberately skewed to present events and people in a negative light. This behaviour violates our policy on Deceptive Practices and is not allowed on Fanlore.
You second and most recent edit removing all the content on Hannibal Twitter Wars is considered vandalism. Both of these edits violate Fanlore's Hostile Editing Policy, and amount to a pattern of hostile editing behaviour that goes against Fanlore's mission of representing multiple fannish perspectives and our standards of truthfulness, harmlessness and respect towards other fans.
If you wish to continue editing Fanlore, please review our Deceptive Practices policy, Plural Point of View policy and our Ethical Standards for Community & Content to understand why we do not allow these types of edits on the wiki. Continued failure to abide by these policies may result in your account being permanently banned. --Auntags (talk) 12:42, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
