From the author's preface:

These three stories are part of a larger unpublished collection called the MEN IN ARMS UNIVERSE. These stories are the result of a conversation about doing a story of a Vietnam veterans' reunion. To that end, we put together a list of all media characters, mainly from television but occasionally from the movies, who are reputed of having served in Vietnam. As the reader can tell, this is not about a reunion of Vietnam veterans.

The concept was altered by the writer into a cross universe story. (NOTE: the word, STORY.) One story, however, did not work. Some friend, who shall remain nameless, said, "What happens next?" The author replied, "Nothing." To which the friend sputtered, "But, but." As all writers know, it's friends like these which gives the phase, "Go away and leave me alone" its strength. The cross universe story started out to put together favorite characters who had served in Vietnam. She choose the following series, Miami Vice, Airwolf, Equalizer, Stingray, and War of the Worlds. Another friend said, "But I want Bodie and Doyle." So the Professionals were worked into the story. This means the connection to Vietnam would have to be broken, right? Wrong. Great Britain did send armed forces to Vietnam as did Australia. Using fan logic it is possible to get Bodie to Vietnam.

As for the stories, the author tried to stay true to story lines of series with this one major exception, she does not accept the second season of War of the Worlds. When the later stories are published this will be evident.

It contains 3 crossover stories, part of a larger unpublished collection called the Men In Arms Universe. These are cross universe stories:

From the editorial:

The third volume of Time and Again (Men In Arms Universe) is not a sequel to the first or second volume. This is the Equalizer story line. It covers the four years of the series without going into detail about the episodes. I make no effort to deal with every episode nor do I reverse the aired order of the episodes.

While at one time I intended to do volumes including Airwolf, Stingray and War of the Worlds series, I have changed my mind. Instead I intend to concentrate on story stories. Missing stories will be done.
