The Smut Brigade was a Star Wars TPM fanfiction archive.

In the beginning, there was The Phantom Menace...

A group of women looked upon it and saw that, though the movie was flawed, it had Darth Maul. And he was a Horned Sex God. Didn't see that one coming, did you G.L.? Thus the Darth Maul Estrogen Brigade (DMEB) was born. Its Creator decided that the members of the DMEB mailing list should have their own private cyber community, where they could post pictures, share files and the like. Enter the DMEB eCircle. There appeared on the eCircle a group of young women who had similar tastes for kink and smut, a fondness for the gutter. They began to to correspond with each other and started referring to themselves as *cue dramatic music* The Smut Brigade.

The smut flowed freely and an alternative universe was created that included the Smut Brigade, Darth Maul, and other characters from the Star Wars Universe including Exar Kun, Darth Vader, Boba Fett and Xanatos. The members of the Smut Brigade set up their own eCircle and continued to write fiction for each other's enjoyment.

Then, an idea was born. Why not share with others? Some of the Brigade already had fiction on the DMEB site. Why not a web site of their own? And so, here it is, the Smut Brigade web site. Find youself a comfy chair, grab your favourite beverage and toys and join us.
