Why I Created This Site : My Story
This is the story of how I started reading slash, and my slow introduction to the world of slash and the slash community. I went from being uncomfortable to being proud!

Why Do I Write Slash?
This section repeats a lot of what I said in the previous section, but less articulately, -g-, and with a writer's bent.

For different viewpoints and thoughts on slash, check out Mona's Slash Page and T'Mar's Slash Page. Both were of great help to me, when I was starting out.

In Defense of Slash
Many people find slash objectionable, and they frequently flame slashers and try to convince us that we're doing something wrong. We know better! Here are a few of the arguments against slash, and my counters to them. For another, more detailed defense (*not* written by me), go to The Generic Slash Defense Form Letter.

Musings of a Slasher
These are just some thoughts I've had regarding slash on occasion. Included are:

Why is slash a turn on?
Pacing yourself
How can I get involved in the slash community?

My Favourite Slash Couples
Looking for a new couple to read? Want to know what the possibilites are? Wondering just what I see in a particular pair? Check this page out! I talk about 8 couples here, though I only write three of them.

Recommended Authors for New Slashers
A few authors in the fandoms I read that can start a new slasher off easy. Extremely enjoyable, not too much angst, no weird sex or bdsm. Not that those aren't good things. -g-

Finding the Fiction
Site indexes and webrings that can help you find the fiction you crave! -g-

The Glossary

Just what it says. Most of these terms apply to all fan fic, not just to slash fic. But I thought I'd throw it in here for quick reference.
