The Jelly Donut Memorandum (or "Smucker's Time") by Lee Jaecks & Carolyn Venino is the 6-page transcript of a con skit that is "dedicated to D.C. Fontana, in the hope that this will settle the question, once and for all, what Spock eats for breakfast."

The skit script was printed in Pastak #3, (October 1976) and Beyond Orion #1 (1977), and perhaps a standalone version with a cover by David Lomazoff.
