The key for date is wrong. The last update of a page isn't necessarily relevant because the screencap could be of a version from before that update. Relevant should be what's captured in the screencap. If it's taken from a Wayback capture that was archived in 2006 and shows a version from an 2002 update, the date should be 2002. If it's not clear when it was last updated before it was archived, then the date should be 2006. - Almost. Maybe "when the webpage captured in the screencap was last updated. If the last update information isn't available, use the date when the screencap was taken. If it's a screencap of a Wayback Machine capture and the last update information for that version of the webpage isn't available, use the date when the page was archived."
