Switch to RoundN module

Hello Azdaema; I like the overall idea of importing a Wikipedia template and module for presenting tournament brackets. However, I'd like to switch to Wikipedia's RoundN module and do some more research before importing templates, for a couple of reasons:

• The Clade template and module are designed for genealogy/evolution, not tournament brackets. Genealogy and evolution are outside of Fanlore's scope, and RoundN is explicitly designed for tournament brackets.
• Wikipedia has many different bracket format templates. This would save editors the trouble of including and maintaining lots of template markup on a page, but we need to judge which are relevant to Fanlore before importing. Pinky G Rocket (talk) 06:26, 11 February 2024 (UTC)

@Pinky G Rocket I think what you're saying isn't so much that you want to change the template {{Clade}}, but more that you'd like to rewrite the page Ultimate Incest Tournament using the template {{RoundN}}? If that is what you mean, have at it. If you want to turn the template {{Clade}} into a redirect to {{RoundN}}, I think that's misleading as I oppose it. Azdaema (talk) 01:50, 12 February 2024 (UTC)
