Talk:The JWL
It may be worth explaining what PPVs are in this context? Also, would be interesting to hear more about what makes this fanwork notable - e.g. were there other fanfictions of similar length, or did others tend to be shorter? What were fan reactions? Did people create spin-off works? Where was it talked about? Cesy (talk) 17:20, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
- +1, I don't know what PPVs are and pages should be written so that someone unfamiliar with the work or fandom can understand it. I'm also unclear what the "80 episodes" means in this context... is it kind of like a virtual season? Also, could all the episodes be listed, maybe in one or more tables? (JKFAN: I know you're pretty new — you can make a simple table really easily with this table generator and then jazz it up with information from MediaWiki:Help:Tables.) - Hoopla (talk) 17:58, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
Episode List Table
Does anyone know why the episode list table appears at the bottom of this page instead of under the "Episode List" heading where it's actually placed? I can't seem to figure it out. --enchantedsleeper (talk) 19:14, 09 March (UTC)
- I spent a while trying to figure it out and couldn't either. I assume something about the placement of a large table is conflicting with the infobox, but I couldn't find any wiki resources on how to resolve it. - Fandomgeographies (talk) 21:41, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
- It was just an extra hyphen at the end of the table, which is supposed to close with
|}
but was closed with|-}
but I fixed it!
- It was just an extra hyphen at the end of the table, which is supposed to close with
- (There were no resources for figuring out that that's why it's wrong, by the way, you didn't miss anything obvious! I just removed the infobox to see if that fixed it and when it didn't I checked the CSS class for wikitables, which was totally normal, and then I tried putting a different sortable table there to see if it would be wonky... and it wasn't! So I went over the table code carefully and found the extra hyphen.)
