re: moving the page

User:Aethel while I agree that disambiguation isn't needed (for now at least), I think it's actually helpful in this case. I don't remember what "RtN" stands for because I'm not really involved in that part of the fandom, but seeing (Discord Server) in the page title cues me. -- Quaelegit (talk) 00:43, 22 November 2022 (UTC)

In this case "RtN" could also refer to the fic, so I moved it back and made RtN a disambiguation page. In general, unnecessary parentheticals can lead to duplicate pages and the original page with the parenthetical becoming lost. The presence of a parenthetical in the page title also tells the reader that there's another page with a similar name, so they'll go looking for it and be confused if they don't find one.--aethel (talk) 00:44, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for explaining the issue! I will keep that in mind when naming pages in the future. -- Quaelegit (talk) 08:16, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

Infobox image

MediaWiki's Image Help says: The size of an image with thumb or frameless can be reduced, but cannot be enlarged beyond the original size of the image. I haven't been able to find a higher resolution version of the server's icon yet, so we're stuck with either this small one if we want to keep the image caption. Personally, I strongly want to have the caption, I feel like context is helpful and artist credit is nice. -- Quaelegit (talk) 22:20, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
