I went with the second option, though I don't see a standard approach and I think shorter is better. Other geographic disambiguation examples: The Dark Lord (Star Wars US zine), Beyond Antares (Australian Star Trek: TOS zine), The Dark Lord (Star Wars Swedish zine)--aethel (talk) 20:57, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
