Needs Updating

Shouldn't the AO3 section (last updated pre-2017) have more about AO3's new filtering tools? Should reactions to the old tools vs new tools be on this page or the main Archive of Our Own page? – caes (talk) 18:01, 7 February 2019 (UTC) Correction: last updated 2017, before change to filters in June 2018. Yeah the AO3 section definitely needs updating. I don't think reactions should go on this page, though, because it's very doubtful that the other sections will get that kind of detail, and it feels better for this page to be a kind of general landing page. A section on the main AO3 page sounds good to me for now, and if it gets really big then we could do something like Filtering (Archive of Our Own) or Archive of Our Own Filtering or something. - Hoopla (talk) 18:12, 7 February 2019 (UTC)

I made a few updates to the AO3 section. A page on AO3 Filtering or AO3 Filter Sidebar sounds good to me. There was a period of about a year when they just took the sidebar away, and it was a dark time. [1]--aethel (talk) 00:47, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
