Is Eleven ever actually called "Jane Hopper" in canon?

Is it even a popular fanon thing? The only time I've ever seen it discussed was people complaining about AO3 including "Jane Hopper" in the canonical tag because she had never been called that in the show even after being taken in by Hop, but admittedly that was while ago and maybe that's changed since then? If there's debate over calling her "Jane Hopper" that would at least be interesting to see on the page. - Hoopla (talk) 21:32, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

At the end of season 3 Hopper gets an adoption certificate for Eleven and on it she is officially named "Jane Hopper", but none of her friends or family call her that, they call her El, short for Eleven -- Kingstoken (talk) 21:59, 30 April 2020 (UTC)
