Talk:Dead Dog Panel

I've never actually come across this term at any con I've been to over 45 years or so - Dead Dog Party yes, Dead Dog Panel no. Is it widely used? If not, maybe some indication of which cons use it would be helpful. Maybe this would work better as a link to the Convention Business Meeting entry? --Marcus Rowland (talk) 21:48, 28 August 2015 (UTC)

It's used at media cons rather than science fiction cons, some examples are here: https://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&q=site%3Afanlore.org+%22exact+phrase+here%22&btnG=Google+Search&gws_rd=ssl#hl=en&q=site:fanlore.org+%22dead+dog+panel%22 . I can see the appeal of making it a redirect to Convention Business Meeting, but it really is its own thing. --MPH (talk) 22:17, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
Or make it a separate section on the Convention Business Meeting page. That would work, too. --MPH (talk) 22:24, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
Or maybe just have it as a separate entry and link between the two, and make it clear that it's a media con thing? --Marcus Rowland (talk) 10:46, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
