/waves/ Thanks, Harpie! Sorry for the overlap - we were editing at the same time, it looks like. One thing I have a question on - I put Avengers (Marvel) as a category because all of these characters are together in the Avengers comic series, and that's where each pairing and the various OT3s and such started, so the OT4 would not exist without that. Is there a particular reason why you prefer it not to be added? (Since the movies and comics are sharing categories, we're kind of stuck being unable to distinguish between the two right now.) -the old briar pipe (talk) 03:57, 17 July 2014 (UTC)

I suspect it's because "Avengers Pairings" is a subcategory of "The Avengers (Marvel)" -- since this page is in the subcategory, it's redundant to have it in parent category as well. --PhoenixFalls (talk) 05:47, 17 July 2014 (UTC)

Your welcome and yup exactly what PhoenixFalls said. :) "Avengers Pairings" is for all comics/movies/animated pairings of "The Avengers" Besides that the OT4 pairing is mainly associated with the Movieverse, right? It's not exactly associated with the comic fandom - although I could be wrong but I haven't seen anyone actually post stuff that that deals with it being in the comicverse. I know they are friends/allies/teammates in the comics, but I don't think anyone really shipped them all together until the Movieverse. --Harpie (talk) 06:09, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
