This is my welcome to you, Briar Pipe, twenty-three months after you made your first Fanlore edit. I'm glad you're here. :-) --Mrs. Potato Head 01:12, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Aw, thanks! ^_^ I really appreciate your expertise - we were very nervous about trying this. --the old briar pipe 03:04, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
You're doing super work! As for my expertise, it's in a very narrow area; it's one reason why, always, the MORE the merrier at Fanlore. --Mrs. Potato Head 15:58, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

I just wanted to say that while I don't know much about the fandom/s you're working with, count on me to help with any support I can provide. --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 00:44, 20 December 2012 (UTC)

Thank you! At this point, I think it's less about specifics and more about structure and organization. We're still brainstorming, so if you have thoughts about naming/namespace, what kinds of topics a collaborative project could include, or concrit for test pages, please do speak up. The discussion so far is at Dreamwidth. -the old briar pipe (talk) 01:15, 20 December 2012 (UTC)

Uh, wow, not having logged onto Fanlore in a while, I just noticed the message you left about the Translation Group template. Is the work still going on? --Tari (talk) 16:47, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

We got a template up, and there are pages using it! It's over at Template:TranslationGroup, if you'd like to take a look. I've gone ahead and started adding some J->E fansubbers, and Yue had added some scanlators previously. If you know of any Korean fantranslators (any language, either direction) that you want to build pages for, please do - right now WITHS2 is the only one with a page that I can find. We have List of Fansub Groups and List of Scanlation Groups available for easy adding of pages, if your translator(s) fall under those categories. (And, uh, I should really get on adding more groups, now that we have a template....) Mostly we just wanted to make sure the template itself covers the bases in a clear and flexible way, so if it needs tweaking, please holler. --the old briar pipe (talk) 17:04, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
